Dennis Rich

Dennis Rich is a PhD student EE at Stanford. He received his B.S. in EE and Engineering Physics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2019. He is interested in the design, modeling, and fabrication of nanoscale devices, at both the single-device level and in the context of a larger system. His research currently focuses on designing and simulating technologies for emerging 3D nanosystems to increase performance and push thermal limits.
