Suhyeong Choi

Suhyeong Choi received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Korea in 2016 and 2018, respectively. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree under the guidance of Professor Subhasish Mitra in electrical engineering with Stanford University, Stanford, CA, USA. His research interests include integration and application-aware 3D IC design methodology. Before he joins RSG, he worked on technology node pathfinding in Samsung Electronics, Korea.
